    Responsibilities

    • Manage the portfolio mix (Refrigerants, Packaged Chemical products) and performance to ensure sustainable sales and profit growth
    • Work with operation, line of business, sales and Marketing Services and Channel teams to deliver the PSO through all channels
    • Identify and develope aligned growth opportunities within the Packaged Chemical business potfolio.
      Work with and support the Salesforce and Customer service to develop targeted sales activity
    • Manage the interface between technical teams, procurement, supply chain,operation and customer service to support gain additional business and bring value to customers.
    • Support new product introduction projects, from concept to completion by using local and global resources, including the product launch, development of Literature, marketing plans, training.
    • Work with local and global Vendors and suppliers, procurement and Linde Finance team to receive improved pricing and service, quality and manage pricing strategies in canadian market.
    • Identify the main Wholeseller companies and key customers, manage the sales process and work to execute national agreements with companies like: Master Group, LAR, Atralyn, ABB, ...
    • Providing Capital expanditures proposals, market feedback and volume forcast to Linde Canada management and RBU finance /operation team.

    Qualifications

    • University degree in Engineering, Science, or Business Management
    • Minimum 5 years' experience in business management within the in gas, chemical, refrigerant, or related industries
    • Leadership and Influencing skills
    • Strong communication skills
    • Techinical Skills
    • Sales and negotiation 
    • Ability to understand technical issues
    • Business acumen
    • Strong computer skills - SAP, Office
