    Linde Canada is currently seekingCustomer Care Representative (CCR) in the Brampton, Ontario area.


    • Taking the customers' incoming calls, manage and route incoming calls by utilising Communication technology.
    • Take all customers' orders via fax, phone, email, Webshop ( excluding "Walk- in" customers querries).
    • Support setting up new customer accounts, complete Credit application form through communication with Revenue Mgmnt and Commercial teams. 
    • Interact with and support Sales team on pricing, agreement terms,.. other customer inquiries.
    • Order management, PO management in SAP, create Stock transfer orders, create invoices and Credits.
    • Respond to and escalate customer querries utilizing Telequery and Communication technology.
    • Provide quotations to customers respecting the established DOA.
    • Support sales initiatives, promoting promotion flyers.
    • Providing ETA to customers and support Scheduling deliveries.
    • Outbound calls supporting sales growth, sollicit new business over the phone by upsell, cross sell techniques.
    • Support setting up customer pricing by utilizing PC3 respecting established DOA.
    • Promote Linde products and services ( Linde branded products, Mison, Odorox, ICC, WebShop, eBilling, Self service,..).
    • Develop and escalate leads to Salesfoce.
    • Process credit card payments on account.
    • Fax or Email copies of invoices or other Customer related documents/information.
    • Support Account management, name and address change, through Commercial team.
    • Request Code creation or code copying.
    • Expedite orders, and follow up.
    • Attend to customers' technical requirement by utilising Communication technology and Linde SMEs and resources.
    • Communicate with hard goods' suppliers and manage customer requirements through procurement department.
    • Support Linde webshop, and related customers' requirement and trouble shooting.
    • Make Outbound "After service"calls to customers
    • On occasion, may replace the Inside Sales Representative at Branch location if required.
    • Maintain a safe working area and adhere to the Company's HSE policies and procedures at all times.



    Required Qualifications


    • Minimum 3 Years in relevant industry and/or Customer Service or Sales
    • High School Degree - Welding, Administration, or relevant studies



    •  College Diploma

    • Able to work under pressure and strong sense of urgency
