    Linde Canada is currently seeking a Specialty Gases and Equipment Specialist to join the team in the St-Laurent, QC area.

     

    As the Specialty Gases & Equipment Specialist. you are responsible for maintaining existing accounts and adding sustainable growth of the specialty gases (including Packaged Chemicals, Medical and Scientific) and equipment portfolios. You will also work with internal resources to help develop, and implement strategic market plans for the specialty gases market in your area.

    Responsibilities

    What you will enjoy doing:

     

    ▪Maintain current sales to key accounts
    ▪Identify and win new business at existing and new accounts
    ▪Support General Sales Force through communication, and scheduled joint sales calls
    ▪Identify market opportunities relative to changing customer needs, anticipation of competitors and environmental forces
    ▪Maintain Linde price policies and develop a thorough price management process
    ▪Monitor Market Price Intelligence and Customer pricing requirements for Internal Price and Product Management
    ▪Develop understanding of competition capabilities, activity, market shares, new contracts, strengths and weaknesses
    ▪Develop Individual Service Selling Programs to enhance our supply profile in Key accounts
    ▪To ensure that all sales activities take into account the safety and environmental well being of Linde and its customers
    ▪Collaborate with the Canadian marketing team on new initiatives as required
    ▪Exceed sales targets across all areas of Specialty Markets (Scientific, Packaged Chemicals, Medical


     

     

    Principales responsabilits:

    Maintenir les niveaux de vente actuels aux comptes-cls
    Identifier et acqurir de nouvelles affaires auprs de comptes nouveaux et existants
    Apporter un soutien lquipe de vente par la communication et le soutien technique
    Identifier les dbouchs du march par rapport lvolution des besoins des clients, lanticipation de la concurrence et aux forces environnementales
    Maintenir les politiques de prix de Linde et dvelopper un processus rigoureux de gestion des prix
    Surveiller les prix concurrentiels et les exigences dtablissement des prix des clients pour la gestion interne des prix et des produits
    Dvelopper une comprhension des capacits concurrentielles, des activits, des parts de march, des nouvelles ententes, des forces et des faiblesses
    Dvelopper des programmes de vente de services individualiss afin damliorer le profil dapprovisionnement des comtes-cls
    Veiller ce que toutes les activits de vente tiennent compte de la scurit et du bien-tre environnemental de lensemble du personnel et des clients de Linde
    Collaborer avec lquipe canadienne de marketing sur de nouveaux projets sil y a lieu
    * Dpasser les objectifs de vente dans tous les domaines des marchs spciaux (Scientifique, produits chimiques en bouteille, mdical)

    Formation requise :
    Niveau : Baccalaurat Discipline : ou exprience quivalente

    Qualifications requises : Annes : Minimum de 3 ans Type : vendre des gaz spciaux et de lquipement pour un distributeur, producteur ou fabricant de gaz industriels ou spciaux, ou exprience connexe dans le domaine des produits chimiques, pharmaceutique ou industriel.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    ▪Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience
    ▪Bilingual English and French required
    ▪Minimum of three years experience selling specialty gases and equipment for an industrial or specialty gas distributor, producer or manufacturer, or related experience
    ▪Chemical or Engineering related background
    ▪Exceptional presentation and communications skills
    ▪Effective time management and team building skills
    ▪Sound analytical skills
    ▪Willingness to travel
